EUROPE - Helen Palmer, assistant vice president at RCM in London is the proud recipient of this year's Investment & Pensions Europe (IPE) scholarship for AIMSE/Wharton Investment Institute 2008.
Thanks to this $6,375 (€4,442) scholarship, Palmer, who works with the institutional business development and client service department at RCM, will have all of her tuition and accommodation costs covered by IPE while she attends the US business school's tailor-made course for sales executives.
"Our congratulations go to Helen on winning this scholarship. She is a worthy winner, but she had very strong competition," said IPE editor Lima Kennedy. "IPE makes this scholarship available to encourage even greater professionalism among Europe's sales executives in asset management," he added.
This is the fifth year IPE has awarded a scholarship to a European candidate of AIMSE, the professional association for sales executives in investment management.
