The pensions adequacy piece is at least five years overdue. The figures on retirement income shortfall in the UK make for truly appalling reading, and have done for years. Yet another year slips by without meaningful action. Instead investing in illiquids - which will make at best a modest positive contribution to retirement savers' pots - is touted as the pensions revolution. Meh.
