Yet another addition to the monolithic EU bureaucracy. This transfer of the operational overhead will further blur the ability to manage the mandarins. Further it place individual stakeholder states and their Pension Plans at the beck and call of EU bureaucrats whose sole mission seems to be the maintenance of their status quo.
