A new risk reporting service has been launched jointly by BARRA and CAPS. Risk Reporting will provide quarterly and annual reports to identify the risk of a pension fund relative to benchmark, peer groups and cash and will be available for both balanced and specialist portfolios. It will anal-yse each asset class and the sources of risk, including style analysis, as well returns due to asset allocation, industry allocation and stock selection.
