EUROPE – Standard & Poor’s Credit Market Services says it is seeking a director-level individual for its London-based European governance practice.

“You will have extensive knowledge and experience of the principal areas of analysis with European corporate governance including transparency and disclosure, shareholder rights, and board structure and processes,” said an S&P job ad.

The job includes providing analysis to S&P ratings analysts – involving “desktop research” along with meetings with top corporate managers.

S&P, part of US media firm McGraw-Hill, said the role has “an attractive remuneration package”.
