EUROPE – Schroders is seeking an individual to help it to boost its brand in Europe.

The firm has advertised a vacancy for the new role of European brand manager. The London-based role “will be pivotal in both shaping and articulating the essence of the Schroders brand, the firm says.

“In a converging world and in an exciting and expanding business, control of the reputation of the brand, what it stands for and how we articulate that across all the many and multiple communication channels, markets and geographic regions has become a business critical issue.”

The role commands a salary of up to £70,000 (€103,000).

The move comes as it is looking for people to help it through a ‘change management’ process. It is looking for someone to head its seven-strong Portfolio Services - Change Management team.

The portfolio services team was created this year to support its London operations.

“Portfolio services is now embarking on a significant programme of change in order to move the current organisation towards a defined 'Target Operating Model'.”
