SWEDEN – Singer & Friedlander Investment Management (SFIM) has won the mandate to run a pan-European equity portfolio for Procordias Pensionsstiftelse II.

The active mandate, the size of which is not revealed, is to be benchmarked against the MSCI Europe (excluding Sweden) total return index, with the aim to outperform it by 3% per year.

SFIM says that the win originated from an application through the IPE-Quest electronic mandate tender system.

Says Peter Dencik, director responsible for institutional business at SFIM: “Our appointment by Procordias Pensionsstiftelse II is another extremely important win for Singer & Friedlander, having recently been awarded the Province of East Flanders pension fund’s active European equity mandate in Belgium.”
