Siemens Swedish fund hires State Street

SWEDEN / GERMANY – Boston based State Street Corporation has been appointed by German electronic giant, Siemens to provide a full range of global investment services to its $74m (€81m) Swedish pension fund

State Street will provide global custody, accounting, performance and analytics, as well as foreign exchange services.

Says Jay Hooley, executive vice president and head of State Street’s investment services business: “We are pleased to be selected by Siemens, a world-class company with sophisticated, multinational asset servicing needs, and we look forward to working closely with them.”
