S&P starts new risk management service
UK – Standard & Poor’s (S&P) has established a new London-based risk management division for investors, called Risk Solutions.
The new division is a standalone division of Standard & Poor’s Credit Market Services.
Bernard O’Sullivan, director at S&P, says the new service is aimed at anyone within the financial industry who might have risk exposure including institutional investors, banks, asset managers and insurance companies.
The service is customised and covers areas such as the assessment of internal ratings systems, design of rating templates, mapping of internal rating scales, credit modelling, credit portfolio risk data services.
