BELGIUM – The managing director of consulting firm Towers Perrin’s Belgian office, Fred Letourneau, has joined Watson Wyatt in Canada.

He has been replaced by senior consultant Marcel Rottiers, who will be assisted by Christine Dombret. An official in the office added that principal Richard Lawrey has also left, though a spokeswoman declined to give further details.

The office has 50 staff and specialises in actuarial services, employee benefits, asset consulting and benefit administration.

Towers Perrin is a global professional services firm with more than 8,000 employees and 79 offices in 24 countries.
