UK – Actuarial, investment and employee benefits consultancy, Watson Wyatt has been acclaimed a "visionary organisation" by the BT Vision
100 research and awards programme for 2002.

The scheme identifies100 innovative UK organisations selected by an advisory panel of opinion leaders and analysts led by the Cranfield School of Management.

As well as Watson Wyatt, the BT Vision 100 features 24 technology and
telecoms companies, 10 healthcare organisations, four charities, six
internet companies and a local football club.

The BT Vision 100 Index looks at five criteria - visionary leadership,
visionary human resource management, corporate social responsibility,
intellectual asset management and the "connected" enterprise.
