GLOBAL - Barnett Waddingham, Pioneer Investments, T. Rowe Price, Frankline Templeton, LGIM, Atkin & Co.

Barnett Waddingham - Malcolm McLean, previously chief executive of The Pensions Advisory Service (TPAS), has been appointed as a consultant at the firm.

Pioneer Investments Group - Paul Price no longer works for the asset manager as global head of institutional business, following a restructuring of roles and responsibilities conducted by new CEO Roger Yates. The insititutional team is now being organised under a geographical approach and will report to heads of geographical regions. The firm said existing relationships with clients and consultants are not expected to change.

T. Rowe Price - Michael Joehr is now a client service executive focused on southern Europe and Switzerland, based in the firm's Zurich office. He was previously a senior relationship manager at Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH.

Franklin Templeton - Adam Gorlyn was promoted to vice president of sovereign funds and supranationals business, based in New York. He will report to David Smart, global head of sovereign funds and supranationals in London. He was previously a portfolio specialist at the firm's fixed income group.

Legal & General Investment Management - Aaron Meder has been appointed to the newly-created position of head of US pension solutions, to lead a team working on liability-driven investment offerings for clients. Based in Chicago, he arrives from UBS Global Asset Management, where he was managing director and head of asset-liability investment solutions, Americas.

Atkin & Co - The scheme administrators and actuarial consultancy has appointed Nick Atkin, head of consultancy services, to the Board of Directors. He follows colleague Marian Elliott, head of actuarial services, who was promoted to the Board in late 2009.
