Muse Advisory – The pensions governance and administration consultancy has appointed Paul Trickett as chair of its new advisory board. Muse said this marked the completion of Trickett's recent non-executive portfolio of roles, with the appointment being his only involvement with an independent pensions consultancy. Most recently, Trickett was head of multi-asset and fiduciary management for Europe at Goldman Sachs. Before then, he was head of investment practice for the EMEA at Towers Watson and chief executive at the British Coal Pension Scheme.

OECD International Organisation of Pension Supervisors (IOPS) – Dariusz Stańko has taken a new position at the IOPS Secretariat to help the independent international body, which represents those involved in the supervision of private pension arrangements, in their research and daily operations. Stańko left the Polish Chamber of Pension Funds as adviser in December.

NOW: PensionsTim Walkley has been appointed CFO, while Steve Connor will be heading operations, replacing former COO Jerry Gandhi. Walkley joins from Governance for Owners, where he was finance director. Before then, he spent six years at Hermes Focus Asset Management, where he was finance director. Before joining NOW, Connor held roles including technical director, director and head of Aegon UK's third-party administration company HS Administrative Services. Gandhi, who joined the provider two years ago, previously worked at RSA Isurance Group.
 

Handelsbanken LivLouise Sander has been appointed for the top job at Handelsbanken Liv, the life arm of the banking conglomerate. Sander joins from Skandia, where she was chief executive for the rival's sales arm. Sander joins Handelsbanken on 16 September. Handelsbanken had SEK75bn (€8.7bn) in assets under management at year-end.

Franklin TempletonJill Barber has been appointed head of institutional for Ireland and the UK. She will be responsible for institutional sales, client service and relationships with local consultants. She joins from Hermes Fund Managers, where she was head of consultant relations. Before then, she was a member of Fidelity's EMEA institutional business development team.

Allianz Global InvestorsNicolas Lucas joins the growing infrastructure debt team in a newly created role expanding execution capacity. He joins from the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he was vice-president of infrastructure, power and utilities. Alexander Ball joins as an associate from RBC Capital Markets, where he was an analyst on the acquisition and leveraged finance team.

Mirabaud Asset ManagementAnu Narula has been appointed to lead the global equity team. He joins from Axa Framlington, where he was co-manager of the Global Opportunities fund and lead manager of the Global High Income fund. Before then, he worked at the global macro hedge fund Cadwyn Global.
 
BNY MellonJeannine Lehman has been appointed business head for the global collateral services division for the EMEA region. She will also continue in her role as head of BNY Mellon's secured finance business in the EMEA on an interim basis, and remains based in London.
