GLOBAL - Hewitt, Mercer, Hymans Robertson, Dow Jones Indexes, ACA, Threadneedle, FTREA, Northern Trust.

Hewitt Associates - Jacqueline Lommen, specialist on European pensions in the policy department of Dutch supervisor DNB, has joined Hewitt Associates in Amsterdam.

Mercer - Jon Exley is returning to Mercer from investment banking on July 1, having spent the last three years as a director at Barclays Capital Pension and insurance solutions group. Crispin Lace has also been appointed as a principal and senior investment consultant within its investment consulting business in London, joining from Watson Wyatt, where he played a key role in helping to build its Scandanavian and German offices.

Hymans Robertson - Rob Harper, head of trustee services and head of Hymans Robertson's Birmingham office, has been appointed as an equity partner.

Dow Jones Indexes - David Krein has joined the group as senior director, institutional markets, effective immediately. Joining from  DTB Capital, Krein will serve as a representative of Dow Jones Indexes to the institutional investment community globally.

The Association of Consulting Actuaries - Keith Barton has been elected as the new chairman. Barton is scheme actuary to a number of large pension plans and is chairman of the trustees of the company's own pension fund.  He takes office on June 1 and succeeds Ian Farr of Watson Wyatt.

Threadneedle - Opening its first operation in Asia, Threadneedle has hired James Campion to lead the Honk Kong-based operation. Campion joins from Allianz Global Investors.

Franklin Templeton Real Estate Advisors - Larissa Herczeg has been appointed as vice president for private real estate. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Herczeg was vice president with the Credit Suisse Customized Fund Investment Group (CFIG).

Northern Trust - Douglas Gee has left Morse Group to start at Northern Trust in London as UK and Irish pension fund sales manager in the asset servicing group's business development team.
