Swedbank Investment Funds - Jelena Fedotova, fund manager for pension funds in Estoniam, became chief executive of the Estonian division - previously known as Hansa Investment Funds Estonia - today (Wed 22 July, 2009)
Fidelity International - Philip Warland, formerly director-general of the Association of Unit Trusts and Investment Funds (AUTIF), is now head of public policy at the UK division.
Mercer - Clare Bryant, previously a fund of funds manager at New Star Asset Management, has joined as a European equity researcher. Gareth Anderson has also joined the equity analysis team, having previously been an investment product analyst at Schroder Investment Management. And Monica Santiago has been appointed head of the UK health and benefits business. She leaves her role as chief operating officer for the European health and benefits business to replace David Levey who is now head of health and benefits EMEA.
Financial Services Authority - Gareth Adams will join the regulatory body on 3 August as a senior adviser on the asset management sector. He was previously executive director for regulatory strategy at Fidelity International, having started as European director of compliance in June 1996.
