Stichting Pensioenfonds Holland Casino - Kees Leupen has been appointed managing director. He was previously managing director of Pensioenfonds CPIM.

Commerz Real - Michael Bucker is to become the new chairman of the board, succeeding Hubert Spechtenhauser, who steps down on 31 October. Bucker has been regional branch head of Commerzbank's Munich-based corporate business since 2005. The change in leadership reflects a strategic repositioning of Commerz Real following the restructuring of the Commerzbank Group.

Aon Pension Solution - Donald Duval has been appointed head of Aon Pension Solution (APS), the joint offering from Aon Consulting and Russell Investments. Duval was managing director of pensions consulting at Aon, but will now focus on APS full-time. Duval is replaced in his previous role by Alistair Connell, who also continues as managing director of Aon's benefit solutions business.

Personal Accounts Delivery Authority - Nick Carter has been appointed general counsel, overseeing all legal, risk, compliance and governance matters arising from the programme to deliver personal accounts, and building these functions for the trustee corporation operating the scheme. He was previously chief corporate officer at PA Consulting with global responsibility for finance, operations, HR, IT, legal and compliance functions.

Northern Trust -- Madeleine Senior has been appointed managing director of the Nordic region, based at the company's newly-opened Stockholm office.

Norges Bank Investment Management - Jan Thomsen has joined as chief compliance officer. He was previously chief risk officer at Orkla ASA.

AXA Real Estate Investment Managers - Dennis G. Lopez has become global chief investment officer. He will report to Pierre Vaquier, chief executive officer, and will join the company's management board.

HSBC Global Asset Management - Omar Negyal has joined Halbis, the active management specialist within HSBC Global Asset Management, as senior portfolio manager. He will lead the development of the company's alternative emerging markets capabilities. He was previously at Lansdowne Partners, the hedge fund specialist, as a senior member of the team managing long/short global emerging markets funds.

SEI - Jason Collins has become head of UK and European equities, reporting to Kevin Barr, head of SEI's investment management unit. In addition he also assumes management responsibilities within SEI's London office. Collins co-founded Maia Capital, the multi-manager investment boutique, and prior to that was a portfolio manager at Fidelity International.

Future Capital Partners - Trevor Castledine has been appointed chief operating officer of the alternative investment boutique. He was previously at the Royal Bank of Scotland, as managing director of financial products within the firm's structured finance division, and managing director of portfolio transactions in the global markets unit.
