GLOBAL - FVPK, Fonditel, Union Bancaire Privée, ING Real Estate Investment Management, JP Morgan Asset Management, Schroder Income, London & Capital, MGM Advantage.

FVPK - Andreas Zakostelsky, managing director of the Valida Holding (parent of Valida Pensionskasse, formerly ÖPAG), has been unanimously elected as the new chairman of the Austrian pension fund assocation FVPK. He succeeds Christian Böhm, head of APK Pensionskasse, who is stepping down after six years in this position.

Fonditel - Fermín Alvarez has been named CEO of Telefonica's pension company following Luis Peña's departure earlier this year. Alvarez, who joined Telefonica in 2000, previously was the company's CFO for Peru and Ecuador.

Union Bancaire Privée - Jean-Baptiste Segard has been announced as CIO of long-only investments. He joins the company from GLG Partners, having previously worked as CEO of Société Générale Asset Management in the UK.

ING Real Estate Investment Management - AHP Gratama van Andel, LMLHA Hermans and GCJ Verweij have been announced as members of the supervisory boards for several of the company's Dutch funds. Gratama van Andel, previously chairman of the supervisory board of AZL Vastgoed Kantoren, has been confirmed in his post as board member for ING Dutch Residential Fund, a position he has held for two years. Hermans, a former Dutch government minister and current president of MKB-Nederland, was again appointed to the supervisory boards for both ING Dutch Retail Fund and ING Dutch Residential Fund. Hermans has held both these positions since 2007. Verweij, currently the director of Living City Property Performance, has been made a member of the supervisory board for the Retail and Residential Fund.

JP Morgan Asset Management - Gary Clarke is joining as co-head of global thematic and retail portfolios and will be based in London. Clarke joind from Schroders where he was head of European equities.

RWC Partners - Ian Lance and Nick Purves have left Schroders as income fund managers to join the investment boutique. They will be replaced by Nick Kirrage and Kevin Murphy, who currently work on the Schroder Recovery Fund.

London & Capital - Daniel Uzan will join from Buchler Barnett Finance to head the commercial real estate finance team. Uzan, who started his career at Jones Lang LaSalle in Paris, has also worked for ING Bank.

MGM Advantage - Nigel Gray has been announced as the company's chief actuary. Grey, who joins from Lloyds of London, will report to CFO Geoff Shanks and work on Solvency II implementation plans.

IMC Asset Management - Rodrigo Araya, Oscar Jansen, Robert Manning and Henk Wiersma have all departed Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch to join IMC. Araya has been named head of investment grade credit strategies, while Manning will be head of investment grade credit analysis. Jansen and Wiersma will be senior portfolio manager and senior investment grade credit analyst, respectively.
