CORESTATE acquires Trophy city quarter in Nuremberg from Gerchgroup for Bayerische Versorgungskammer
CORESTATE has acquired the main part of the Trophy city quarter development “The Q” in Nuremberg for an institutional investment mandate from Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK). The property will be developed into one of the most modern urban districts in Germany by the Düsseldorf-based seller, Gerchgroup.
Timbercreek Investment Management Inc. (Timbercreek), a global real estate asset firm, has been given a mandate by Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK) to manage a portfolio of European-listed Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). The portfolio was created by the Luxembourg-based investment management company, Universal-Investment, who will co-manage the fund with Timbercreek.
