DENMARK – Ole Lemvigh has taken over as chairman of Unilever’s €120m Danish pension fund from Frank Andersen.
“Frank Andersen has retired and the new chairman Ole Lemvigh has taken over,” said Joern Hindkjaer, pensions manager at the Brondby-based fund.
Andersen is 42 and has been a chief accountant at different private companies.
Andersen retired as Nordic financial director of Unilever in 1997 but retained the chair of the fund until June this year, although he was asked to stay on as vice-chairman.
In May the consumer products group named Ronald Domen as national pensions manager for Belgium. He took over from Walter van Look, who has retired.
