UK - The £1.5bn (€2.2bn) West Sussex County Council pension fund is looking for additional private equity managers to achieve its 5% target allocation.

The fund currently has £80m committed to Pantheon Ventures private equity fund of funds' risk managed and diversified portfolio. The same manager has a £270m commitment from the £8.9bn Strathclyde pension fund.

Deadline for participation in the tender is April 2.

Meanwhile, the £644m Northumberland County Council pension fund will be tendering a £40m - £80m active overseas equity mandate at the beginning of April.

The incumbent manager on the mandate is Capital International. No-one from the fund was available to comment on the tender.
