GERMANY/FRANCE - AXA Private Equity has opened a new German office in Frankfurt and announced the completion of its fund range with the addition of primary funds of funds to the firm’s offering.
The new office, together with AXA PE’s offices in London and New York will report directly to the company’s Paris headquarters.
AXA says its private equity business will work together under the stewardship of Dominique Senequier, chairman of the executive board.
Dominique Gaillard, a member of the executive board will be responsible for all direct investment funds (LBO, Venture Capital, Growth Expansion), while Vincent Gombault, also a member of the board, handles all primary and secondary funds of funds business and recovery.
The firm manages or advises around e4bn for major international investors in approximately 50 countries.
