Dutch schemes sue Shell over reserves
NETHERLANDS – Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP, the Dutch civil service fund, is leading a group of 26 funds in a class action lawsuit against Royal Dutch Shell over the oil giant’s reserves scandal.
